Returns and Refund policy

Stoneage Home Centre goods are subject to availability. Goods will not be refunded once shipped unless the Cancellation of the order is prior to the dispatch of the goods and will be in the form of a voucher to the value of the original purchase. Goods damaged by the courier will be replaced, notice of damaged goods received must be reported via email within 24 hours of goods being received and the parcel must be rejected from the courier and sent back to Stoneage Home Centre. Damages accrued by customer’s own negligence will not be replaced.

Shipping Policy

Goods will only be shipped once payment has been made and the money reflects in Stoneage Home Centres bank account. For all major centres in SA the price ranges from R80 to R180 based on area and parcel size. Non-major centre deliveries are available, but the price varies depending on the region. Delivery prices are determined by the courier company and are subject to change.
